Record income and expenses

Profit sharing is only as accurate as the ledger behind it. The Revenue tab is where admins record each app's income (with its source, period, and status) and expenses (with category, vendor, and billing cycle).

• Mark rows as actual or estimate — the Finance page displays them separately.
• Set a billing cycle on recurring expenses so annual costs prorate across months.
• Everything you record is visible to the whole team on the Finance page, and drives the Earnings page.
