I'm stuck on the pending page
Your application is waiting on a human reviewer — here's what's normal and what isn't.
I can't sign in
Wrong password, no account found, too many attempts, or a closed Google popup.
"AI service is currently unavailable"
The AI provider is temporarily unreachable — your data is safe; try again shortly.
I've hit a chat message limit
Task sessions cap at 40 messages, with a daily cap across sessions — generate and submit.
My activity has no score yet
Scores only exist after approval — and appear moments after, not during review.
I'm not receiving emails
Approval decisions and reminders come by email from SmartTeam — usually it's the spam folder.
An app's feature list looks out of date
Feature lists sync from each app's GitHub docs on a daily schedule.
