When your organisation has connected its identity provider, you don't use a SmartTeam password at all. Type your work email on the login page — the domain is recognised and you're redirected to your company's sign-in.

• First time? An account is created for you automatically after your identity provider confirms who you are.
• You'll still complete the onboarding conversation and approval like any other member.
