"AI service is currently unavailable"

Onboarding, task sessions, Ask AI, reports, and scoring all rely on external AI services. When one is briefly unreachable you'll see a generic "AI service is currently unavailable" message.

• Wait a minute or two and retry — these outages are usually short.
• Nothing is lost: onboarding progress is saved stage by stage, and task sessions keep their full message history.
• If it persists for hours, report it to an admin so they can investigate.
