Instead of a long form, SmartTeam onboards you through a conversation. The AI assistant asks about you in plain language and turns your answers into a structured profile.

• Your skills and areas of interest.
• Your experience — what you've built or worked on.
• Your availability (how much time you can contribute).
• Your GitHub username and LinkedIn URL.
• Why you want to join the team.

When the conversation has covered everything, your answers are extracted into a profile and an approval request is opened for the team to review. You can leave and come back — your progress is saved stage by stage, and you'll get a reminder email if you stop partway.
