Contest a score you disagree with

Because scores feed directly into profit sharing, you're never stuck with one you believe is wrong. Every scored activity has a "Contest this score" option.

1. 1Open the activity in your work history and choose to contest its score.
2. 2Explain what the score misses — extra context, scope the description didn't capture, downstream effects.
3. 3An admin sees your contest alongside the AI's original rationale and can override the scores.
