Reviews & AI Scoring

How AI scoring works

Approved work gets an impact score and a contribution score (0–100), with a written rationale.

When an approver accepts your activity, the AI scores it on two axes, each from 0 to 100:

  • Impact — how much difference this work makes to the app and its users.
  • Contribution — how much genuine effort and substance the work represents.

Both scores come with a written rationale, visible on the expanded activity row in your work history. Scores accumulate into your running totals, drive your rank on the leaderboard, and determine your share when profit is distributed.

The AI scores; humans stay in charge. An approver reviews before anything is scored, and if you think a score is wrong you can contest it.
