Manage members

Change roles, suspend or reactivate accounts, and adjust layers from one list.

The Members tab lists every user with their role, status, layer, and level. From here you can promote a trusted member to Approver, change layers, or suspend an account.

Role changes take effect on the member's next page load.
Suspended members are routed to a holding page on sign-in and can't use the app until reactivated.
Rejected applicants can re-apply, which restarts their onboarding.

Suspension is immediate and affects a real person's access and earnings visibility — pair it with a conversation.
