Waiting for approval

Once your onboarding profile is submitted, your account status becomes "pending approval" and you land on a holding page. An Approver or Admin reviews your application and either approves it, asks for changes, or rejects it.

• Approved — you get an email and full access to the dashboard on your next sign-in.
• Rejected — you see the reviewer's reason on the rejected page and can re-apply, which restarts onboarding.
• No decision yet — sign in any time; you'll be routed back to the pending page until a decision is made.
