What is SmartTeam?

SmartTeam tracks who contributes what to a portfolio of software apps, scores each contribution with AI, and uses those scores to share each app's profit among the people who built it.

• Join — apply through an AI-guided onboarding conversation and get approved by the team.
• Contribute — log testing, building, ideas, and reviews against specific apps and features, or pick up open work items.
• Get scored — every approved contribution receives an AI impact and contribution score with a written rationale.
• Get paid — when an app's revenue clears its expenses, the surplus is shared in proportion to each member's score.

There are three roles: Members submit contributions and see their own scores and history; Approvers review and approve profile and work submissions; Admins additionally manage members, apps, invitations, and finances.
