I'm stuck on the pending page

Your application is waiting on a human reviewer — here's what's normal and what isn't.

The pending page means your profile was submitted successfully and is sitting with the team's approvers. Reviews are done by people, so a wait of a day or two is normal.

Approved or rejected decisions arrive by email from SmartTeam — check spam too.
Signing out and back in re-checks your status; if you've been approved you'll land on the dashboard.
If it's been much longer than expected, contact the person who invited you or a team admin directly.

If you were rejected, the rejected page shows the reviewer's reason and offers a re-apply button — re-applying restarts the onboarding conversation fresh.
